This lovely lady @mafa_maria has a very (big) special birthday today!! 🎉🎉🎉

She truly is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside (and you can see she’s gorgeous!) She’s intelligent (still teaching at BYU), sensitive, fiercely loyal, kind, quietly strong and loves a good slice of pizza 🍕 like no one else! Her four daughters and eight grandkids adore her.

I can’t wait to sit down with you next week over thin crust, well-done pizza and Diet Cokes with a slice of lime!

Celebrated Memorial Day 🇺🇸with a gorgeous mo

Celebrated Memorial Day 🇺🇸with a gorgeous morning hike with wonderful friends! Love the pretty mustard flowers and the crazy big blooms all around. The beach was foggy (3rd pic) but was clear and beautiful on the way home. Tacos 🌮 and a nap completed the afternoon. Thankful to all those that make this kind of day possible. 🇺🇸

We have been craving Jon & Vinny’s Spaghetti Li

We have been craving Jon & Vinny’s Spaghetti Limone 🍋 for awhile and I promised my daughter I was going to attempt to make it. So today, with a bowl full of lemons staring at me and cream I needed to use in the fridge, I went for it! I found this recipe, (doubled the bread crumbs, obviously), omitted the parsley because I didn’t have any and it turned out great!

As with many recipes you try the first time, I plan to make a few adjustments next time, like adding more cream sauce and cooking the spaghetti a bit longer, but overall it was a hit and very easy to make!

If you like lemon, cream, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs you’re going to love this! Full recipe in my stories! 🍋
